VPK Paper is part of the VPK Packaging Group which supplies paper based packaging solutions for a variety of consumer goods to its customers all over Europe.

VPK Paper, located in Dendermonde (B), produces 550000 t of packaging paper (testliner, fluting, uncoated board) using solely recovered paper and board as raw material. The paper is either used in the transformation sites of the group to produce the packaging (solid board, corrugated board, cores, displays), or is sold on the market.

Paper manufacturing is an energy intensive activity; energy efficiency has always been a priority for VPK Paper as well as the use of cogeneration for the supply of power, steam and hot water. Part of the energy is produced using internal process wastes, biogas from the waste water treatment plant and external renewable energy sources.
